Solving linear bilevel programs via a new neural network

A new neural network model containing fewer neurons is proposed for the linear bilevel programs. The Lyapunov stabilityand convergence of the neural network are proved. To illustrate the feasibility of the neural network approach, we give thecorresponding numerical experiments. The comparison results show that the new neural network approach is feasible and haslesser iterations to obtain the optimal solution.
