Development of a Post-Acute Coronary Syndrome Care Model Integrating Cardiac-Psychological Care: Focus on Psychological Resilience-Building in Clinical Nursing
Abstract
Objective: Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide.
Methods: Emerging evidence highlights the critical interplay between psychological factors (e.g., stress, depression, anxiety) and cardiovascular outcomes, necessitating holistic care approaches.
Results: This review examines the efficacy of integrated cardiac-psychological care models in ACS management, focusing on their structure, implementation challenges, and clinical impact.
Conclusions:From the perspective of clinical nursing, the integration of psychological resilience-building into routine cardiac care is identified as a pivotal factor in breaking the vicious cycle of physical and mental deterioration, ultimately improving patient prognosis and quality of life.
