Management and Organizational Studies (MOS) is a peer-reviewed journal, published by Sciedu Press. MOS is devoted to publishing theoretical and empirical articles at various levels of analysis in management and organizational studies. Contributors are encouraged to submit original scholarly research papers including but not limited to the following broadly defined topics: strategic management and HRM, performance management, organizational behavior and development, organizational strategic, inter-organizational networks, collaboration, leadership, workplace spirituality, and related fields.

Policy Change of Free Print Journals


As you are aware, printing and delivery of journals results in causing a significant amount of detrimental impact to the environment. Being a responsible publisher and being considerate for the environment, we have decided to change the policy of offering free print journals for authors.

From July 1, 2018, we will not automatically provide authors free print journals. However, when authors really need free print copies, they are requested to kindly complete an application form to order printed copies. Once approved,  we will arrange print and delivery, for a maximum of two copies per article.  If authors require more than two copies, they are requested to order online at:

Additionally, we are happy to provide journal’s eBook in PDF format for authors, free of charge. The eBook is the same as the printed version, but it is completely environmentally friendly. Please contact the journal editor to request eBook of the journal’s issues.

Notice for Price Adjustment


Effective 1 January 2015, the publication fee will increase from 200.00USD to 300.00USD. Manuscripts submitted on or after this date will be charged the new rate of 300.00USD per article.

Manuscripts submitted in 2014 can take advantage of the old rate (200.00USD) if paid on or before January 31, 2015.

All 2014’s manuscripts unpaid by 31 January 2015 will be charged the new rate of 300.00USD.
